Meet the Hearts Behind Our Work

There’s a lot of heart behind the work you see from our team, and today we want to (re)introduce you to the people who carry it. These are the faces behind the emails, the projects, the planning calls, and the quiet late-night edits—the ones praying over decisions, cheering you on from behind the scenes, and showing up with their own mix of strengths and stories.

As you read through our Enneagram numbers, favorite hobbies, and a few fun facts that make each of us uniquely us, we hope you catch a glimpse of your own story, smile at our quirks, and feel more connected—not just to our work, but to the way God is weaving together the team behind it.

Think of this as a little coffee chat with our MRM+P team—gathered around the table with our just-the-way-we-like-it coffees, getting to know each other!

My go-to comfort order is Starbucks hot chocolate. And at home, it’s Haagen Daz chocolate ice cream.
  • If you could have any superpower for a day, what would it be?

The team you’ve just met is made up of ordinary humans—learning, growing, and leaning on Jesus as we bring our God-given gifts, lived experiences, and passionate creativity to the table. Every project we touch is more than a task on a list—it’s an opportunity to steward the stories, gifts, and good work God has placed in the hands of the people we serve.

We’re grateful for the way God has brought this team together on purpose and for a purpose. And as you partner with us, our hope is that you don’t just see a brand or a business—you see real people who care deeply about walking alongside you, cheering you on, and helping you carry the message He’s entrusted to you, faithfully and well.

    Refined Conference 2026: The Recap

In February 2026, we gathered again in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee—hearts open, journals ready, and spirits expectant—for two unforgettable days of worship, meaningful connection, and practical Kingdom-led insight at Refined Conference 2026.
