Meet MRM: Jordyn Bennett – Administrative Assistant & Content Creator

Hi, I’m Jordyn—Administrative Assistant, Content Creator, and the person who loves to make every day moments feel like a celebration!

I’m a creative and detail-oriented professional with a background in administrative support, marketing coordination, and digital content. I love combining organization, communication, and creativity to help teams run smoothly—while also making sure nothing falls through the cracks along the way.

I grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina, and made the move to the Chattanooga area in 2022. Since then, life has changed in the best ways. I married my husband, Larry, in early spring of 2025, and we recently welcomed our boy/girl twins into the world. Life is full and a little chaotic—our two golden doodles, Bo and Ozzi, make sure of that—but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

When we do slow down long enough to sit on the couch, there’s a good chance a crime show is on. And if there’s cheesecake involved, even better.

Her Specialties

My background sits right at the intersection of administration and marketing, and I genuinely enjoy both sides of that work. Keeping projects organized, supporting team communication, managing content, and making sure the details are handled well—that’s where I thrive.

I’m comfortable working across a range of platforms and tools, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics, and I’m always willing to learn what’s needed to get the job done.

“I enjoy combining organization, communication, and creativity to help teams operate efficiently while supporting strong brand presence and engagement at the same time.”

Her Recent Projects & Experience

Most recently, I served in a Supplier Relations & Marketing Support role, where I supported day-to-day administrative operations across multiple departments, managed and optimized product content, maintained organized records and documentation, and assisted with tracking performance metrics.

Prior to that, I worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Administrative Support specialist. In that role, I planned and executed digital marketing campaigns across social media and email, managed content calendars and scheduling, created marketing materials, used Google Analytics to monitor and report on campaign performance, and coordinated events, outreach, and client communication. Through those efforts, I contributed to measurable growth in brand visibility and audience engagement.

I also have administrative experience where I supported data tracking, reporting, documentation, and cross-departmental coordination in a fast-paced operations environment.

Her Education & Training

I am currently working toward a business and logistics degree, and I have a strong foundation of hands-on experience across both administrative operations and digital marketing to complement her studies.

My professional skill set includes administrative support, data entry and reporting, scheduling and coordination, documentation management, content strategy, email marketing, social media management, and foundational knowledge of SEO and advertising platforms.

Some of Her mentors

I’d say one of my biggest spiritual and life mentors is my small group leader. She constantly points me back to God in every situation. Another would be a close family friend who always gives me honest, unbiased advice while still being very Christ-centered and level-headed.

Fun Facts

  1. I was a competitive cheerleader for 12 years before softball fully took over my heart.
  2. A Terry chocolate orange is my absolute favorite kind of chocolate.
  3. I love making fancy coffees for my husband at home—it’s become one of my favorite little rituals.
