Hi. I’m Nelly—Expert Graphic Designer, Book Lover, and All-Around Creative!
I’m thrilled to join the MRM team as a graphic designer with a passion for all things books. My specialty is crafting visually stunning book covers and interiors that help authors stand out. Since 2011, I’ve collaborated with publishers, self-published authors, and book professionals from around the globe, breathing life into their stories through design. In addition to book projects, I also design websites and digital content to support book launches and ongoing promotions.
When I’m not working on design projects, you’ll find me embracing life as a single mom, getting lost in a good novel, or enjoying the outdoors. My creative drive is fueled by a love of language, the stories of others, music, and the beauty of nature. I’m always looking for new ways to express creativity in everyday life. I believe that to live a meaningful life, we have to find beauty in both the little moments and the big adventures.

I thrive on designing complex books with intricate layouts, full of images, custom graphics, and thoughtful details. Heartwarming devotionals and vibrant journals are among my favorite projects to tackle.

With over thirteen years as a freelance book designer, I’ve had the privilege of working on a diverse range of projects. My recent work with MRP includes designing book covers and interiors for Julie Sanders, Lisa Allen, and Françoise Mastroianni.
Her Education & Training
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, which sparked my love for visual storytelling.
Since 2009, I’ve been self-taught in book design, continually learning new techniques and trends. After overcoming my early hesitation, I began working directly with authors and publishers in 2011 and have enjoyed a rewarding career ever since.

Fun Facts
- I’m obsessed with garlic. I’ll add it to almost every meal.
- I love a good storm—a chance to slow down and be creative!
- I’ve been know to fall asleep while swimming laps. It’s so relaxing!
