With her recent new release on the market, Stephanie needed a platform that truly reflected her voice and would allow her to grow her ministry in a way that would warmly welcome and engage her audience.

About This Recent Project
We partnered with Stephanie to design a brand and website that reflects her heart, empowers her marketing effort, and sets her up for future growth. We provided strategic planning, delivered a clear roadmap that covered brand design, site mapping, content direction, and a new WordPress website that will serve as a strong foundation for all aspects of her ministry.
Brand Design
Stephanie’s original brand and website did not fully capture all aspects of her work as a counselor, speaker, pastor, and author. During our discovery conversations, it became clear she needed a unified and polished platform to support her newly released book and expanding ministry. Throughout this project, we noted a few key challenges: crafting clear, actionable content to effectively guide visitors, selecting fonts that struck the right balance between style and accessibility, and ensuring the website was mobile-friendly and compliant without sacrificing the beautiful design. Stephanie also recognized the importance of having solid marketing tools to connect with those who need to hear her message of hope.
Carol led the curation of Stephanie’s brand design with care, listening closely to the unique details of Stephanie’s ministry goals. The result is a cohesive design that flows seamlessly with Stephanie’s bright personality and heartfelt mission. The brand features a soft color palette with neutral undertones, created to feel both comforting and authentic—an inviting experience that embodies the calming essence of Stephanie’s work.
The brand kit was complete with primary and secondary logo designs, strategic use-case sub marks, and social media cover images. Christa extended the brand components through professional email templates while Mandy created the on-brand speaker bio sheet. This extra effort brought Stephanie’s new brand identity off the webpage and into other communication channels.
Website Design and Development
We guided Stephanie through a collaborative process to create updated page content for her website, to ensure her vision and goals were in focus throughout every step. Through the content development, we worked closely with Stephanie using proven frameworks to craft purposeful, on-brand copy with well-placed calls to action.
Using the optimized content, Carol was able to create beautiful page designs, providing Stephanie with unique mockups to offer her thoughts and feedback on before Mandy and Hallie developed the full website. Once each page design was approved and built out in the new site, we added several of our premium plugins to finish out the site build. Basic SEO was implemented for each page before we connected Google Analytics and the Search Console and submitted the new sitemap to search engines.
One speed bump we encountered during our work was the migration of her Wix website’s content to the new WordPress website. Due to Wix’s recent changes to their RSS feed and API access, we could no longer use our tried and true tools to bring the old blog posts and featured images over to the new site. We reached out to our associate, Karen Lewis, who leveraged AI to create a custom script to transfer the content from Wix to WordPress. It collected all posts and images, organized them with the correct categories and dates, and exported them into a format that WordPress could import seamlessly. This resolved our issue in record time and saved our clients hundreds of dollars in extra fees, since we were able to avoid involving a third-party service for the migration! With just minor cleanup, Mandy and Randi finalized the imported content and made sure all was on par for the new site launch.
We designed a welcoming, mobile and SEO-friendly website with a refreshed and polished brand that truly reflects Stephanie’s mission—giving her simple and effective tools to share her message of hope and connect with those who need it most. This new setup provides Stephanie with a professional, easy-to-manage platform that amplifies her voice and allows for effortless connection.
Stephanie’s journey reminds us that thoughtful branding and design can powerfully amplify important work. This project was a thoughtful blend of creativity, technology, and heart—crafted to welcome those seeking hope, healing, and faith.
