About This Recent Project
Brand Design
We last worked with Catherine to update her brand and online presence in 2020, the year of Covid. Though the logo and brand identity kit were beautiful and exactly what Catherine hoped for at the time, this season of ministry for her brought a breath of fresh air and new perspective, so her brand needed to reflect that as well.
We started by updating her brand aesthetic to reflect the calm confidence and heartfelt encouragement she brings to every resource. Carol worked with Catherine to hone her new color palette and overall style. Together they created a warm and inviting palette of soft neutral tones, gentle blues and teals, and a clean, handwritten-style font that pairs well with Catherine’s nurturing voice. The new branding is simple and clean, using slightly more contemporary or modern fonts, her updated tagline, and a delightful watercolor detail—an element that remains consistent through every design update for Catherine.
Our brand identity kit provided Catherine with a primary logo, two logo variations or submarks, a brand board to help her keep graphics and future printables cohesive, and social media cover images for her various platforms. The end result is classic, versatile, and beautiful!
Website Design and Development
Going into this website redesign, we knew the new site would need to reflect Catherine’s refreshed branding, speak directly to her core audience of faith-filled moms, and provide simple, streamlined access to her books, digital products, and free tools.
Mandy led the content refresh, working closely with Catherine to clarify each page’s purpose, prioritize intentional calls to action, and map out a clear flow for site visitors. Every section was designed to gently guide readers to their next step—whether that’s downloading a free prayer resource, grabbing a Bible study, or subscribing for ongoing encouragement. Together, Mandy and Catherine carefully reworked the site’s copy to ensure every word felt authentic, on brand, and deeply aligned with the moms her ministry serves.
Once the sitemap and content updates were in place, the visual phase of the redesign began. Catherine’s vibrant photos from a recent shoot, paired with her newly refined brand kit, provided a strong creative foundation. Carol used these elements as a jumping-off point to craft a site that feels as warm and inviting as Catherine herself. The goal was to create a clean, modern layout that’s easy to navigate while beautifully showcasing Catherine’s heart, message, and library of resources.
Beyond the core pages, Carol also refreshed the design of several PDF downloads featured throughout the store and free resources pages, bringing visual cohesion to every touchpoint of the brand. Randi also jumped in to help recreate a suite of shareable graphics for Catherine’s latest release. Mandy redesigned and developed the new store page to be better organized, intentionally built with Catherine’s ideal customer in mind. The layout now highlights her full library of unique paid resources and clearly connects them to the companion Bible studies they support.
From the homepage, which offers a snapshot of Catherine’s ministry, to the individual sales pages for each Bible study, to the newly structured free resources page, every detail of the redesigned site reflects Catherine’s voice and heart. The refreshed branding, thoughtful content layout, seamless shop experience, and heartfelt visuals come together to form a digital home that’s welcoming, wise, and Spirit-led just like Catherine herself.
