Our 2025 Projects: What We Built Together Last Year

As we look back on 2025, we feel honored to partner with those who trusted us and proud of the work we completed together.

This past year stretched us, sharpened us, and reminded us why we do what we do. Every project, whether large or small, carried weight because it was connected to someone’s calling, message, or mission. What we built together mattered.

From brand new website launches to steady, behind-the-scenes support, from manuscript edits to long-term strategy conversations, 2025 was full of meaningful work with people we genuinely care about. It wasn’t just a year of deliverables or contracts; it was a year of trust, collaboration, and shared vision.

Here is a quick look at the categories of work that shaped our year and the outcomes we’re most grateful for.

Brand & Website Designs

15 brand and website projects completed

This year, we partnered with authors, creatives, organizations, and ministries to build online homes that met the present needs and are sustainable through future growth. Each website project began with listening, understanding the heart of the work before touching a single design element.

Our goal was never just a beautiful site, but a foundation that could support longterm growth and future goals. We worked with each client to establish clear messaging, intuitive structure, and systems that would serve them well without worry or overwhelm. Many of these projects required thoughtful pivots along the way, adjusting strategies or refining scope to ensure the final deliverable was exactly the necessary outcome.

What we’re most proud of here isn’t the number of launches, but the clarity and confidence each client walked away with.

Publishing & Editorial Work

8 manuscripts edited and new releases supported

Publishing is sacred work. It requires care, patience, and a deep respect for both the message and the messenger.

In 2025, we had the honor of walking alongside authors through developmental editing, copy and line edits, production coordination, and release preparation. Several of these projects represented years of heart work coming to fruition.

We’re especially grateful for the trust and relationship fostered in this process. Editing is a vulnerable process that and requires courage from the author and care-filled professionalism from the editor. Supporting authors through those sometimes difficult stretches remains one of the most meaningful parts of our work.

Bringing a book to life through intentional publishing steps and market-worthy design can make release day feel like Christmas morning. We are so proud of each and every release, and the authors and stories behind them, this past year.

Strategy & Coaching Partnerships

11 strategy and coaching packages delivered

Strategy work often happens quietly, but its impact is lasting.

This year, we partnered with clients to clarify direction and make informed decisions about platforms, publishing or marketing paths, and longterm sustainability. Many of these conversations were about determining what matters most or what end goal is important and then roadmapping clear action steps to get there, one step at a time.

We’re especially proud of this work, adapting plans as circumstances changed, prioritizing people over timelines, and helping clients make decisions rooted in stewardship rather than pressure. We celebrate completed baby steps as much as bigger wins, prioritizing progress over perfection.

Short-Term Projects & Strategic Updates

12 focused projects completed

Not every partnership needs a long timeframe or large scope of work to be meaningful.

From website updates and audits to targeted consulting and system cleanups, these shorter term projects played an important role in supporting momentum. We removed friction, clearing technical hurdles, refining structure, or updating content so these clients could move forward with confidence.

Sometimes the smallest adjustments create the biggest relief.

Ongoing Website Care & Hosting

120 websites maintained and supported

One of the often unseen but essential areas of service for us is that of ongoing maintenance, updates, and website care.

In 2025, we continued to steward over 120 hosted and maintained websites, ensuring stability, security, and peace of mind for our clients. This work rarely makes headlines, but it allows ministries, writers, and organizations to focus on what they do best, knowing their platforms are supported.

Longterm care plans are one of the clearest expressions of partnership we offer, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.

Looking Back with Gratitude

As we reflect on this year, we’re deeply grateful for our clients, our collaborators, and the trust placed in us. We’ve seen God’s faithfulness woven through timelines, pivots, challenges, and breakthroughs. Time and again, this work reminded us that business can be ministry when it’s rooted in service, integrity, and care.

If you’re carrying a big vision into 2026, whether that’s launching a platform, publishing your message, or creating systems that better support your work, we’d love to explore what partnership could look like.

Thank you for being part of our 2025 story. We’re looking ahead with expectation and gratitude.
